2018 - The Brand Transformation

Wendy’s completes it’s contemporary exterior and interior redesign across the nation improving the customer experience.  With Leed certifciation, a new logo and of course the Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger, the brand thrives!

WENDY’S SITE REQUIREMENTS:

Wendy's -  Requires a 20,000 - 35,000 square foot parcel    

Building size - 2,200 - 3,300 square foot drive-thru

Preferred location - High traffic centers and signalized corners

Will consider end cap drive-thru's and ground floor sites in downtown markets

Preferred deal types - purchase or ground lease
