John is a native of Philadelphia and is the 6th child in a family of 8. John attended Temple University where he studied Communications and graduated Cum Laude. After graduation, John decided to move out to California to follow his heart to the movie business. He got a part time gig that turned into a full time gig in Commercial Real Estate at RNLP. After a number of years, John decided to go back to his passion and opened the Los Angeles office of Tantrum, a tv commercial production company out of London. He produced 3 feature films, too many commercials to count and experienced years of success and lots of learning.
During those years, John also started a family, and even though he was having the time of his life, that business wasn’t very conducive to the family life. One day John got a call from Kip asking if he had any time to help out back in the retail real estate business. Well, a part time gig turned into a full time gig and now John is back, better than ever with great project management experience and a new perspective on the business. John is presently working on a number of Retail Tenant representation accounts and is thoroughly enjoying getting his hands dirty on his first ground up development of an entertainment center.
